YogaSurf - 11 de Março, domingo das 10h às 13h

O Yoga Kshetra vai estar novamente na praia de Ofir (Fão-Esposende), em parceria com a Escola de Surf "Onda Magna", para mais um evento YogaSurf.

A data do evento (2º deste ano) é dia 11 de Março, domingo das 10h às 13h. 

Valor: 15 "Surf-Yoguis"

 

Programa e Condições:

- 10h - prática de Yoga na praia;

- 11h - aula ou baptismo de Surf;

- a inscrição é válida mediante o envio do primeiro e último nome de cada participante, respectiva data de nascimento (para o seguro) e o comprovativo de pagamento.

- idades: dos 8 aos 80 ;-)
- actividade aberta a amigos e familiares que se queiram juntar. 

- não é necessário ter experiência prévia em Yoga ou Surf, ou material (fato e prancha).
