Criteria for joining the Course
• Yoga practitioners with a minimum of 2 years of regular Yoga practice.
* In case of doubt about the required experience, schedule an interview with the Senior Teacher so he can guide you on how to prepare and join the course.
• Computer and good internet access, basic computer literacy and working with Zoom and an email address.
• Commitment to a daily Yoga practice during the course.
• Before enrolment in the course there will be a video call with the teachers
